The married man is primarily to blame. He made vows, he broke them, he lied, he betrayed. That’s on him.

The mistress can still be shady, especially if she knew he was married, but she didn’t force him to cheat. No lovebombing or seduction works without his consent.

It's always the fault of the person who made the commitment to be faithful and then broke the commitment. Many times the other person isn't even aware that the other one is in a relationship, though if they do know, they are trash. Still, they aren't the one who broke their word.

The girl although she knows she is doing wrong is just trying to survive. A person (woman) alone can have a harder life than a life with someone else in it. And it doesn’t have to be a man it can be another woman.
The man has a partner but he is greedy and wants more. More love, more sex or just different sex. He is the one to blame.
