People with bipolar can absolutely have long, healthy, loving relationships. The key is treatment, self-awareness, honesty, and a partner who understands mood cycles. Being bipolar doesn’t equal toxic, and being “normal” doesn’t equal healthy.
They don’t need to be single forever, they just need stability, boundaries, and real communication instead of ghosting or chaos.
