There is no "standard" to this my man. It once took me an entire year to get over it. Now admittedly i was dealing with some 💩 at the time that exacerbated it. It really had me questioning a lot of things about myself. But in hindsight it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I was masking a lot of things and it forced me to deal with it. Coming out the other side it made me stronger and more confident.
