Do recurring dreams of my partner with other women mean he’s cheating?

The first dream she was a dark skin tall skinny woman and in the other dream she was light skin heavy set woman with curly hair. In each dream he posted them on Facebook to make me jealous. He even messaged me and sent me pictures of them together. I woke up in sweats and tears. Does this means he's cheating? He says he's not.
