I think our unconscious mind notices a lot more than we know and pops up red flags to our conscious mind hence causing you to think something is going on. Maybe you have seen enough to logically

I think your conscious thoughts are more significant than a dream. I think our dreams are our unsupervised storytelling capabilities. They could perform the function of setting emotional alert filters

You gotta stop thinking poorly of your partner. Dreams are how your brain processes the days events so if you spend time comparing yourself to someone else or thinking your husband likes someone else or thinking your husband could have someone better blah blah blah that will almost always manifest as a dream of him cheating because your brain is trying to process it. So if you don't want the dreams stop thinking poorly of him or yourself

Not likely a reason to be worried. Your dreams are a reflection of your subconscious, which means you fear it deep down. However, there COULD be some truth to it. Maybe your mind is subconsciously picking up on things that indicate your spouse is having an affair with the girl. The best thing to do would be to communicate with your partner and try to get to the bottom of things. If he gets defensive, then there could be something up. If he doesn't and just wants to assure you, then likely you're in the green.

No it's a dream, I once had a dream I got a girl pregnant when I haven't slept with anyone in real life. But dreams are our thoughts so it's probably because you think it's possible not because it is actually happening.

Maybe, my dreams tend to be premonitions but I think it is just because you can feel something is wrong so your brain is trying to convince you. But it could honestly just be a dream lol.
