Do you think that the love stories in movies are just fictional?

We grew up watching romantic movies and thought that such things can happen in real life...

Well i think that i was wrong for the big part of it, for example we have seen movies like Romeo and Juliet where they commit suicide just because they couldn't live without each other and don't want to... while in reality the spouse dies and after awhile the widow gets married again and starts a new life and the dead spouse will be just a memory and that's if he/she was lucky!

Another example when we see that a woman left everything and everyone just to be with the love of her life... while in reality a woman can dump her man for the silliest reasons and giving lame excuses or the man can simply cheat and they break up!

Other movies where in the end the guy have to travel and say goodbye to his girlfriend but suddenly he returns back and never took off in the plane because he couldn't be without her... while in reality the spouse takes off and never look back and the story ends here!

In one movie, she saw her man crying and sad, she started crying and begging him to stop because his tears are falling like knifes on her heart... while in reality she tells him to man up and stop crying like a baby because men shouldn't cry and that's a deal breaker to her!

There are a lot of other examples, so do you think that all these years we have been fooled by the romantic movies and the way they show us how love works? Cause in reality we never saw such things happening, it leads us to think that we are a failure or losers but the reality is that such kind of love are just found in fiction movies and imaginary books of love stories, such as: "Snow White, Cinderella, Pocahontas, Tarzan & Jane... etc"

These romantic scenes are taken from some of my favorite movies Enjoy living the dream ☺️
