What does it mean after a fight, your ex says, "just forget about me"... is she being serious?

Sooo I'm figuring she's just upset right now and doesn't wnna make it easy for me to have her back...So what should I do at this point? Give her space or show her I care and make her feel special but not too clingy?...

She probably is just done with the troubles of fighting...it sounds more like "forget about me because we are just going to keep fighting if we hang out". Also, there are a lot of immature people who use threats to get you to react a certain way...maybe she was intentially doing that to make you mad. I would apologize to her even if you weren't in the wrong and try to get to the bottom of the situation by talking to her about it.

It really depends on what type of girl she is.

If she is stubborn, it can mean she is just hurt. And, wants you to actually do the opposite of what she said.

If she is strong minded, the she means what she says..and does not want you to call her anymore.

in that case, she doesn't mean what she says. And, wants you to pry out of her what is wrong. She is too stubborn to voice it herself. She has to really know that you care first.

if she is stubborn, giving her space will not do anything. I would not be up her 'ass' if you know what I mean, but I wouldn't give her space. I would talk to her every now and then. And, reassure her that you are going no where.

Is she your ex because of this fight? Or was she your ex before? Anyway, if fights between you are regular, I wouldn't take it too seriously. I've been through similar situations and the significant other never ment it.

no, ex before...and she usually says something like this but we always end up getting back together...so your probably right. And she hasn't stoppd talking to me...so.
