are love and love the same thing? recently she said she wast not sure yet if she loved me. then a few days ago she said she was sure she was. but when I text I love you. she just says love you 2.

Um...it's all the same when you say it out loud. (; My boyfriend says love you or I love you very much. (He does spell 'love' right.) In our case, when the other is being silly, we say "Uhhh. Love you." which actually is intended to change the meaning, but for us, the change of meaning is directly mutually understood. (Depending on context)
