An anonymous love letter? bad idea or good idea?,How to get her to notice me (read details)

a bit of background info:

i have a crush on this girl, I've never talked to her, I'm working on that, and I'm just wondering, should I send a anonymous love letter about how she makes me feel and what I like about her personality,and what I like about her etc. (I know things about her like personality and interest's, but haven't talked to her... found out through friends and social media... yeaaa). I'm a VERY shy person, so I'm finding it really hard to talk to her, I'm also a bit overweight, even though we have common interest I find it hard to even just say "hello" I lack confidence, I realize it would freak her out... like heaps, but I just want her too know.

im a bit depressed atm, in year 12, I also have autism, these all make me think "me and her... never gonna happen " but if I could just be friends or just get her to notice me... ohhh ill be joyous if that ever happened... so yea if you got any advice on how to get her to notice me that would help as well.

Ok - a "love letter" at this stage is a BAD IDEA! You'll come off more like a stalker of some sort - even if you're not - a girl will think it's "creepy" if a guy knows all of these things about her and she doesn't have a clue who you are.

Girls - of any age - love a good mystery man - and they love to be "romanced" - but you don't want to hit her with it all at once - any woman would find that overwhelming - and that's where the "creepy" thing comes in. So don't risk it.

What I think you should do is small little secret things - like leave a red rose taped to her locker - but NO NOTE. You want to peak her curiosity and build the mystique of it all. You want her wondering about you - and if you spill all of the beans too fast she may just have a knee-jerk reaction. If you can't do the rose thing - slide a simple note in her locker - one sentence only - something like "you are so beautiful" - and leave it at that. In your case "LESS IS MORE"!

Trust me - if you keep doing tiny little things like that - she will be thinking about YOU all day long! But plan out what you're going to do - think of things in advance - and think about how she'll react to them - and if she doesn't know you yet - you don't want to give her too much to react to - but if she's a typical girl - just something small and simple - but anonymous - will keep her on the edge of her seat and keep her wondering about you! And that's what you want!

I don't think that is a goof idea. Maybe if your gonna write a letter make it more casual like 'you have pretty hair' but don't pour all your feelings on it and stick to one compliment or she might feel uncomfortable. It would be better to compliment or say hi to her in person though. To build up your confidence maybe try talking to different new people you don't normally talk to.

To get her to notice you smile a lot and smile when you see her and maybe say hi to her and her friends when you pass by them/her.

That's adorable. Go for it. Don't be creepy about it though. Don't be like "I'm watching you undress"..blah blah blah.
