He's uninterested. Lingerie doesn't ' create interest out of nowhere, its a highlight when there is interest, and makes a man feel desired, which if he's horny and likes her feels great.

I'm assuming this isn't a one time thing and there's a long term drive imbalance?

True all his friends tell him how lucky he is but it seems he doesn't see it like that, i did my best looking good everything was right but he was more interested in the tv so I guess there is my answer after he tried to kiss and make up but this reaction already gave me the answer

Yeah, I get shot down constantly. Beware the advice from people who are NOT with a low sex partner. What gets someone with a normal drive fired up tends to just make low drive pressure feel pressured or manipulated.

This is it he hasn't got a low sex drive we don't have kids and we are not that long together so this is a sign he is not attracted to me probably

What makes you say he hasn't got a low drive? Does he initiate much? Have things changed? If he's not attracted to you why was he with you in the first place?

Because I've seen it his sex drive was everything but low, I've got the feeling he is with me because his family loves me and I'm the "marriage type" he said before

Well, talk to him about it if you care enough to. Explain that your sex life isn't working, and you want it to work, and if he wants a good sex life, how can the two of you work to get it there?

And if he doesn't put in the effort to work on the problem, or if you can't be bothered, move on, and find some guy who would be pulling your clothes aside every day if you let him, and think he'd died and gone to heaven if you just jumped him in lingerie. There are plenty. There are also plenty of guys who talk a lot more game then they walk.

I hate to say it, but I think he is uninterested. some guys are in their own little world. that should be a red flag. its easier for a outside person to see then your self. I have been there many of times and it sucks.
