He does not like to plan for the future. This is how he thinks in everything, not just in a love relationship. He says we cannot know the future. Yes that is right. Nobody knows the future. If a man shows his love to the one he loves, cares, but doesn't plan for the future, does it mean he's not thinking of a future with you?

My mom was suggesting for me and my boyfriend of 1.3 years to get engaged that way it’s a more “sure” thing because my uncle was telling my mom that he doesn’t want to meet my boyfriend unless he sees that we’re engaged

my boyfriend and I have been in a committed relationship for over a year now and I’ve met his entire family and they welcomed me with open arms…nobody on his end said that we had to be “engaged” in order to meet me

Picture it, you're doing whatever while your partner is doing whatever. Your kid comes to you and is upset that they failed again at a thing. You tell them that failing is what makes the challenge fun. You explain to them that you failed a lot to get where you are and once you did, you finally felt good about it. So they ask you the question above. You don't know what to say, knowing having a challenge is fun but also tough. So... is it worth for the thing to not be too easy?

I am unsure of this myself.

I guess it really depends on the matter like if it's a relationship thing, for example:
A woman wents out with her friendly male coworker to have lunch together, she later on gets asked about her day by her boyfriend, she says what food she had for lunch but DOES NOT mention going with her male coworker to avoid a possible fiasco.

• Is it lying in this case? It is withholding an information after all.
• If she'd tell she went with a FEMALE friend to avoid problems, then that IS lying.

Neither is good though, I try to be honest as much as I can with my partner (when I have one).
Men aren't always willing to listen though, and they start making assumptions even when you are honest like when you tell them about the lunch with a coworker. Maybe it's an insecurity thing? It's def. common!

Do you find yourself crushing on another woman whilst married? How common is it?

is my boyfriend right or wrong? Or does he need to tell his brother to back off?

So lets say your partner brings up an idea for the two of you to do that you know both of you don't like and they really want to do this idea and experience things with you that we normally wouldn't do. So your partner says "we should check the website at this time to make sure we get tickets". So we decided to check the tickets the next morning again and your partner basically says to make sure to secure the tickets because they will most likely be asleep.

How do you split expenses (meals, holidays, tickets) in your relationship in early stages?

I'm NOT talking about leaving for good or breaking up, I mean just leave to cool off, walk around, come back later...
