Choosing not to decide is still making a choice. Agnostics are basically unregistered voters: they can't be bothered to research what they really believe in.
Although, I like the South Park reference and think they described agnostics perfectly.

I don't believe nor do I disbelieve, I'm just indifferent. I couldn't really give a damn whether or not there is a giant sky wizard or whatever the hell else people believe in.

  That's weird. If there's a proposition A, you can't simultaneously not believe it and not not believe it.
  In example. I have a jar full of marbles. Do you believe I have an even amount of marbles in here?

  It's because I don't care enough to even call myself an atheist. The existence of gods or lack thereof is just not something that I concern myself with.
