
There are 4 meditations I believe can help you maximize your progress and long term potential in life, try to do Each for at least 10 minutes a day, and up to 2 hours a day.
1. Loving Kindness Meditation: Meditate on the Love of God by fellowshipping with Him and communing with Him
2. Reverence Meditation: Meditate on the Holiness of God by acknowledging your sins and letting God sanctify you
3. Prayer Meditation: Meditate on the healing and benefit of others and on your own requests and ask God for help solving your problems and the problems of others by transporting power from God to them
4. Healing Meditation: Bathe in God’s healing power both mentally and physically and morally and emotionally
