What I get out of this verse is that Character, Compassion and Quality Cooperativeness in your Career must precede Church, Christian Ceremony and Communal Celebration

I am sorry but when you put career in there you put your needs above the things of God. For where your treasures are so too will be your heart... Put God first in all things...
Matthew 5:17

By career I mean you serve society with faithful and responsible work because if your religious but not productive, your leeching off the earth and not contributing to its needs.
