It also says godly woman attract honourable and high status men that are favoured both by God and by humans and that a woman who fears, serves and honours God deserves to be rewarded by God and praised by human beings. The bible also says that anyone who touches a chosen child of God in an unrighteous way, violates the pupil of God’s eye.

The Bible is not ment for dating advice. It's meant for the individual who reads it and the meaning is for them. The one who is reading it. This is why it is different for others when they read. The Bible doesn't really use the term "dating" or even a true analog, in my opinion.
It lists the virtues that we should be seeking in others, an indirect reference that we will be discerning in our choices of a lifetime spouse. Passages in Proverbs and 1 Cor come to mind, virtuous wife and the nature of love.
