Why some mental patients never get better - bible talk

To get better during a mental breakdown you need a healthy coping mechanism or a natural remission and many people get worse because they rely on unhealthy mechanisms that ease their symptoms but do not build their upward spiritual growth, so that they learn and evolve and expand in life, like over the years God has taught me to trust him, and that trust has been one of my biggest weapons in life, I will give you an example:

I took a south Asian language exam expecting to ace it with a good cheat sheet and learned my cheat sheet was worthless almost and I only knew the answer to about 7% of the questions but I walked out peaceful knowing God would protect my grade and even though the test was worth almost half my grade, I got an A- cause everyone else in the class failed as well, I trusted God and was delivered.

I also remembering trusting God when I got lost during a vacation in another country and was perfectly happy and satisfied in God and my parents found me less than 6 hours later and I was content to see the inside of a prison, have conversations with cool police officers, and eat free Shanghai noodles by the police at the station while I waited for my family to find me, not worried at all about danger, cause God was there.
