Why not all God followers are God loving

Jesus said a kingdom divided against itself cannot stand, which means:

You cannot destroy hate by practicing hate.

You cannot build your faith by destroying the faith of others.

You cannot enter the kingdom of justice and love while trying to block others from entering the kingdom of justice and compassion.

You cannot exclude another from the temple of God and not expect God to exclude you from the temple of heaven.

You cannot condemn an immoral person, if you are immoral; You must forgive so you can be forgiven, and you must change so you can help them change.

You cannot neglect the needs of your parents, your children or your spouse and expect God to provide for your needs.

And you must not view acts of kindness towards others as a waste of money or time since God loves your brother just as much as He loves you and the God you obey has infinite value.

The Old Testament is considered part of the Bible. But the Judean Rabbis who created it (the Torah) in the 5th century bc, inserted Talmudic texts that contradict earlier teachings and are antithetical to normal human values. Instead of the Laws of Moses, they invented Talmudic Law.

Most Christians spend more time learning the Old Testament than the New. Therefore, they don't follow the teachings and example of Jesus. They believe in the angry and vengeful God of destruction: a God of laws that contradict the 10 commandments.

Extremely true. Most Christians like to cherry pick all the pretty things Jesus says we need to do, but then totally get in their feelings and not want to focus on his other commands, and even the commands from the apostle Paul.

I wish this was posted on the door of every church in America. It is strange that most religions have a me only mentality. What I learned in the brief 50 seconds I was there is that we are truly limited by our concept of the world. This is much bigger than we can fathom.

Those who follow God would be loving God in various degrees with some being more God loving than others. But every God follower has faults in some way, no one is a perfect believer. God loving is something that is learned and worked on throughout life, with some people going through periods of less God centred lives and then coming back again later.

In places like the south or Midwest being a Christian is a societal expectation. People are more Christians to avoid being outcasts than actually caring about religion.

Popes claims to be a God follower, and look at all the evils towards baby alter boys, or the whole earth in history.. grim shit they did.. actions speak not words.. I just read the Bible myself, pray to the lord, I don't need a evil pastor like king pope to con me and my boys,.. evil pope to be a middle man.. or any weirdo church.. just me and my Bible and me praying myself.. Bible talks about you just praying to god.. its the safe way...

That's right. 1 John 2:27 says we don't need a teacher, that we already have the holy spirit to help us in faith. But a lot of Christians and pastors try to guilt people into going to church, when most churches are really toxic.

Nice reply, thanks. Most churchs are toxic? Nice.. But the lord they worship is not. I'd rather see simple Bible readings, no personal add on, and real worship prayers only. Everyone just goes to the lord.

Funny, that's the exact same way I'd like to see church too. I would also want to see a church where the members are sitting in a CIRCLE and everyone is sharing their spiritual thoughts on something from the Bible. Having discussion like that encourages everyone to read the word and think on it. Church should be interactive with all members being able to speak and be heard, not just go by the pastor and his pressure to give tithes.

I've always wanted to belong to a group or home church also if it grows to big, just reading Bible words only on a stage, worship, forming groups where people can walk up to and meet others.. prayers stuff like that.

Actually it's only those who believe in GOD that are his believers. Not everyone who go to church is a lover of Christ Jesus, it's only those who believe in him that the true lovers of Christ.
