I don't agree with atheists or religious people. They both have taken a firm stance that shows they know without a doubt and are not open to being proved wrong. When in reality, nobody knows for sure. If people did then it would be a provable fact! There wouldn't be thousands of religions because one would be so undisputable!
In my opinion, agnosticism is the best route. Being open to theories is such a powerful position! That's the stuff that makes civilizations advance! <-Being open to change and the possibility that you're wrong.
However, I respect atheists positions a little more. Atheism is frowned upon in many places, and to identify as it is respectable. It shows that the person could actually be thinking for themselves. I was almost an atheist when I was trying to discover what religion I was. I was just fed up with religion at the time.
With religious people, well never know how much influence they've had. It's so easy to get brainwashed when introduced at a young age. It's happened many times before! They get you when you're highly impressionable. Glad I didn't sink in further.
I do wanna clear up that I don't have a problem with the teachings of most major religions. They can have positive benefits! But I think that "Secular Morality" is a better way to go. Everyine should read about moral philosophy. Religion can easy dismiss things that should further be talked about and explored just because it's "forbidden."
When I was a Christian I hated that! Being told what to do just because some guy in a book says it's good or bad. Without properly explaining why. I wanted to know more about why it's bad. And if it's even bad in the first place.
Sorry for this long rant 😂 that is all 🙏
I don't get how you can't believe in ANY higher power, but hey to each their own, not like any of us really know what's in the afterlife anyway
I believe in a higher power, which is the universe itself, the Earth, etc. The reason we are here doesn't have to have come from a 'power' and that 'power' doesn't have to have come from a single entity or multiple deity's...
People who basically need a psychologist for their God complexes. I respect people who respect my beliefs and faith and don't try to disrespect me because they're angry at their parents or God for something I didn't do. I don't have issues with Athiest per se. They're people and God did say love your enemies. But Atheism is a lie from the devil. Just because somebody says God is real, doesn't make them religious. Religion will lead you to hell.
I don't hate atheists because they're people. That does not mean I don't hate what people do. You don't have to get angry at something you don't believe. That's What Makes You delusional. Because followers at the end of the day don't have to pay attention to you. It does who likes to debate about faith who just going to continue to argue about it. If you don't want God will just live our lives As He commands us to. A lot of people just want attention.
If you don't like the message of Jesus then just ignore us. Is radical atheist like you who likes to go destroying things and hurting other people. You start fights with Innocent Christians who just want to spread the message. And it's sad you can go and get arrested for aggravated assault.
Oh please don't you understand it they will merge all religious together and if you don't comply you're going to die? God will Forever Reign, even if this Earth doesn't. You having to make that kind of reply shows the amount of ignorance you really have. It's not a sign of Christianity dying, it's a sign of a new age is going to be ushered in and that means all of us are going to suffer. And guess what? It's people like you who helped it happened so congratulations. You just help destroy us all your family and friends included.
I don't label myself as an atheist. I just believe in science being the most likely reason behind everything. To me, a single entity or multiple entity's creating us makes absolutely zero sense. There is more and more proof of religion being completely false every single day. It's only a matter of time.
Dont cancel that out just yet... Think about it this way, before gravity was properly taught to people, if you asked some guy why the things fall, he would've probably said that anything that goes up must come down, or something along that lines probably in a manner that its obvious... Until now we haven't seen anything form on its own or some bearded dude make things out of nothingness... the conception of the universe if we completely find out the reason sometime , would probably make zero sense because we probably haven't seen or experienced anything like that yet. Everything on the earth is made of atoms which were already there. Think about it saying that the universe came on its own doesn't make any sense just like saying that it was made by some God
I am atheist so I will lay down facts. What I believe in effects no one and nothing. I was raised up in a very religious household so this was simply all on my own, what I believe in is no ones business and frankly I nor any other atheist will care about a dumb stereotypical opinion
Well I am an atheist but I don't really think about it as it's not a conscious thing like religion, it's more of a passive stance.
No such thing as an atheist.
www.crossway.org/.../
I'm cool with them. As long as my religion and their lack thereof don't clash, which they shouldn't have a reason to.
Opinion

I'm a Christian, and I agree with a lot of what atheists say and think. These two memes are good examples. There's a lot more going on in the bible than just God's word, and the fact that clergy actively tell church members NOT to reason through it is a huge red flag.
To me, atheism is just another belief system, and it's arguably more righteous than most pew-sitting christian congregations.
I've had some amazing theological and philosophical conversations with atheists that would never be possible with mainstream christians
"The greatest tragedy in mankind's entire history may be the hijacking of morality by religion" - Arthur C. Clark.
"I have encountered a few "creationists" and because they were usually nice, intelligent people, I have been unable to decide whether they were really mad, or only pretending to be mad. If I was a religious person, I would consider creationism nothing less than blasphemy. Do its adherents imagine that God is a cosmic hoaxer who has created the whole vast fossil record for the sole purpose of misleading humankind? And, although I do not necessarily agree with the paleontologist Teilhard de Chardin's advocacy of evolution as a major proof of the glory of God, de Chardin's attitude is both logical and inspiring. A creator who laid the foundations for the entire future at the beginning of time is far more awesome than a clumsy tinkerer who constantly modifies his creations and throws away entire species in the process." - Arthur C Clark
I'm agnostic, but like with religion, I feel it's a big claim to make, not that I'm saying atheism is a religion.
Like to rule out the possibility of there being a god is a big claim to make, but so is saying there definitely is a god and this book contains all his teachings - I'm wary that not all religions believe in god.
As long as people aren't pushy or dickheads about their beliefs, then whatever.
Personally, I'd rather atheism be true, because then, there's probably no after life and at least we can just die in peace and not continuously be tortured in hell, because we died as 'non-believers' according to a 'true' religion.
The Bible does not teach that people are tortured in any hell.
"The dead can't praise You, Jah,
Because they are silent."
So once you're dead, that's it, according to the bible anyway?
The Bible says that "When you're dead, you know nothing. They don't get paid and people forget about them." - Read Ecclesiastes 9:5.
The Bible also says "Someday all the dead people, righteous and unrighteous, will come back to life." - Read Acts 24:15.
Does it say anything about what happens when you come back to life, like do you live another life on earth or something or you go elsewhere. Doesn't the bible say anything about the world ending or something and how would my first point affect that?
"Wicked people will soon vanish. You won't find a trace of them however hard you look. But meek people will have the earth to themselves, to enjoy in the greatest peace." - Read Psalm 37:10, 11.
"Righteous people will have the earth to themselves, Forever." - Read Psalm 37:29.
Oh ok, cool.
Atheist are smarter... they generally have better reasoning than non atheist, hence why they are atheist in the first place
however I shall say, that atheist go on to say there is no god...
I shall counter that by saying mathematically and scientifically its more likely than not that there is a creator...
religion is probably a load of bullshit though
My interpretation is that the right way to live your life is to struggle with the existance or non existance of god rather than settle on a single definate answer. I think the best answer may be "i don't know" i used to think i was an athiest but i found it despences too much with the utility of biblical values. The truth is if anyone says they know for sure, they are lying maybe even to themselves.
i agree with you man..."We dont know yet" is the right answer
It’s not my belief. I have had spiritual experiences. But I totally understand why people are atheist. If God is real, why doesn’t he do something to stop all of the hate in this world? Why doesn’t he stop world hunger? If he was real, he would have prevented these, and many more problems, before they even happened.
If they believe is some strange science phenomenon cool. I still can’t make sense of believing everything sort of appears...
For me it’s strange, but I understand. Looking at our world and the stories in bibles it has to be a joke he exists.
I believe in a creator, but I struggle with it.
If you ask me agnostic is the logical way to be... we dont know yet... theism and atheism both relies on assumptions. One day we will know but until then agnostic is the most logical and scientific way to be...
I can agree.. i forgot all about agnostic
It doesn't concern me whether someone choose to believe one thing, or another. I do find it intersting to hear the thoughts of those who believes differently than I do, however.
When it comes to religion, my standpoint is, that when we look at the same colour, and I see red, while you see green, the actual colour we're looking at, remains unchanged. The difference is the ego and pride of the observer.
The inevitable result of scientific progress. I'm an atheist myself but there is more to the question than people realize. I really like Dr Peterson's lectures on the bible and religion. Well worth watching
Not to be a jerk but you have to be either increablibly stupid or willfully delusional or both if you can logically come to the conclusion that all you see on earth and in the universe does not have a brilliant mind who created humans, animals, fruits, vegetables, planets, stars, sun and moon etc and intricate designs and functions of life.
So because someone told you there is a God you believe them? I believe that is called gullible. There is no evidence pointing to the existence of God. Greaks though a temple of some God gave them visions and helped them make decisions. It turned out methane was leaking from the ground and people were hallucinating. Egyptians though a dung beetle pushed the sun up and down. What I'm saying is when people don't understand something they fill it with God or something that they can understand even if it is wrong.
@nathanp97: Dude nobody has to tell me anything regarding God existence, I simply use the brain God gave mankind to use and my healthy logic concludes clearly that's there's a creator.
If you desire to be athiest or agnostic then be my guess, but as for me I can clearly see God exist even though I can physically see Him, I see His brilliant mind in creation.
*can't
@nathanp97: You right. God doesn't exist just as you like it to make you feel comfortable. Enjoy your life. 👌
@nathanp97: Yes. God is my beloved and literally my everything and even comfort and I'm not ashamed one bit. 😎
@nathanp97: Gotcha.
I don’t understand it. Like, if we’re all descended from monkeys, then... who made the monkeys?😂
Overall, I have nothing against people who are atheist. People can believe what they want to believe ☺️
No thats not how it works. We dont come from monkeys lol
The evolution states that there was a point in time when the speices branched off. One branch become lets say chimps. The other branch was humans
We just share most of our dna for that reason
Now you ask where do monkeys come from. Well its the same process all the way back to a single cell
Obviously we dont have the answer to how life was actually created and why
Its no different than saying. Ok god made you but then who made god? Lol just like you said about monkeys
God is an infinite essence, he cannot be created because he is the creator. He never came from a single cell. But monkeys do. And how does that single cell get created? Plus, even though we share 99% of our DNA with monkeys, it’s the 1% that makes a huge difference and vastly separates us from their species. I do see your point though
If we truly came from monkeys why didn't the monkeys that are here evolve into us? Something doesn't add up.
Oh darn... please... stop this nonsense, do you poeple ever listen to people's explanations? We don't say monkeys were "made" (also not monkeys but apes) we say monkeys came gradually, from microbes, progressively to more advanced creatures, obviously in a very long period of time and a lot of natural selection, it's even observable today, in elephants for example, elephants with larger tusks get hunted for ivory, that means they can't get offspring and elephants with smaller tusks have a larger chance to survive and get young, who in turn also have smaller tusks and have a larger chance of surviving becausue they get hunted less, evolution is based on who survives the best, the surviving animals with better qualities get stronger children, I don't care too much what you believe but please at least listen to other people and don't misrepresent them
@CocoBat The problem is all it is is people's explanations. Literally everything they teach us goes against the bible.
@sarahbear1750
God is an infinite essence, yes... thats how we see it... very good
Single cells have been created from carbon, carbon is the building block... and carbon comes from stars...
the problem with your argument is that you are asking questions that we don't have answers to but instead of saying you don't know, you are making up a god to fill in the gaps
do you see a problem with that reasoning though? yes or no and if no why not?
@CocoBat the bible obviously says the opposite of evolution and says the earth is flat with a dome around it and that water is above the dome and heaven is above that. The bible says do not take any oath yet in court you take an oath on the bible. Also the bible says do not cut down a tree and decorate it but society pushes you to have a Christmas tree. This is not even the half of it but I can't really load you up with a ton of information that is overhwhelming lol. Just know the people who run things hate the bible I am not saying the earth is flat or any of that just saying that everything they say goes completely against the bible. Even movies, TV and music all pushes Satanism or makes Christians look like they are so uncool to sway you away from being one.
@VeggieCalzone no you are not understanding what it meant by evolution
monkeys didn't transform into humans.. thats not how it works
imagine a time line
imagine a point in time where a certain animal exist or some collection of cells for instance
now nature takes some DNA from whats there and branches off, lets say into 2 parts
1 part become a chimp, the other part is a human
but evolution is not a monkey turning into a human... the monkey will never be a human because that process started thousands or millions of years ago...
@TripleAce I go by what the bible tells me. The bible says in 7 days, God created the world. Moses talked to God. And God appeared to Joseph in his dreams. I guess believing in God has to do with wether or not you believe in the Bible, since the bible is evidence of Gods existence. If you don’t believe in the bible, that is totally fine too☺️but the bible for me answers the complicated questions I don’t know, such as how the earth and humans were made
@TripleAce my point is you don't have to believe the bible is real the elite do believe it is real and they are anti-christian and push anything they can to make the bible look wrong.
@sarahbear1750 your parents raised a great girl
@TripleAce I have no opinion one way or the other on the earth being round or flat. I just know they pushed the ball earth on us our entire lives almost too much like they want to make sure we think it is round. I don't believe a thing they told us after some of the things I have seen.
@CocoBat Be patient I could link you to a video it is 5 mins and you will say omg what kind of world is this? Because trust me it is not anything like it seems.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=60MMeSwJ62w This is just a little bit of what is going on. You gotta trust nothing anyone tells you.
@CocoBat I got more too I posted it right above this
This is not about atheism but it all ties in
@TripleAce I am indoctrinated? You are because you believe whatever you are told. Trust me and I mean no offense by this you have got no idea lol.
@TripleAce you call it blindly believing but i call it faith. I believe that the bible was written by God (through Moses) and its not just a bunch of random stories created by a writer with a great imagination. True, there is no physical proof that God exists. And honestly, I can’t explain why I think God exists. I just really do and I don’t know why
Not saying I know about the earth I mean no idea about the big picture.
Check this out this is how deceived everyone is https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=QiT9Fx0W2w8
"It's not about atheism but it all ties in"? Sorry what? This is some conspiracy stuff, I'm sorry but I don't understand what you are trying to say with this, the things I believe I believe because I can apply them to other things and see that they work, not becausue the Government told me to, also what about countries that have no real connection with America?
@CocoBat https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=QiT9Fx0W2w8 watch this
@sarahbear1750
its what we call conditioning or indoctrination
you are what your parents are and muslims are what their parents are, jews are what they parents are... hindus the same, buddhist the same. And you all have a different version and story...
see where im going with this
@TripleAce I’m actually jewish😂 I don’t think there’s anything wrong with having faith. We all need it during hard times. And what you choose to believe or not believe in during those times is fine with me☺️
It all ties in. They want everyone to be against God they want everyone to go against Christians Freemasons and secret societies control the world they believe in Lucifer. It sounds crazy yes but I assure you it is not. I mean this is just a piece of the puzzle I am telling you I have been learning about this stuff since 2011. It is not a joke. If you notice the Satanic agenda is pushed in everything Lady Gaga, Katie Perry pop music uses Satanic symbolism rap too everything really. It is all to normalize it and eliminate Christianity. Atheists are being used to push this.
Anybody got a question just message me.
@CocoBat yes that is a good point because faith in god is one thing but believing the religious text to the T is another... and too many religious people are nuts
christians are crucifying people in some countries... its sick
muslims are killing christians because their books says so
I do agree, it should be taken metaphorically not literally
@CocoBat it’s true that faith blind can be extremely dangerous. But it all depends on what you believe in, and how extreme you are. I like to think I’m not a religious extremist. I believe in God during hard time in my life, when I am unable to battle my challenges alone. Sure, I can talk to a friend or therapist, but believing a higher power comforts me, even though it may or may not exist☺️ @TripleAce and also, both my parents are Jewish
@CocoBatI do believe all the time, but more often during the hard times. I‘m trying to help gain some perspective on why i believe in God😌
@sarahbear
No i didn't ask if they are jewish
Im asking if they practice Judaism or Christianity?
@VeggieCalzone how do justify i follow what i hear
How does that make any sense coming from someone that follows ink in a book?
No, i question everything until i make my own conclusions. You got it backwards. You on the other hand follow ink in a book written by man for all we know
So who really follows what they are told?
If most atheists are like my dad, as in categorically denying any possibility of a higher power, then I think they tend to go too far. I don't think you can really prove OR disprove the existence of a god, and I don't particularly care whether there is one, so I identify as agnostic.
@Kas19 How can we be sure it doesn't? The human mind is a single drop in a bucket of unimaginable proportions that we call the Universe. The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know. I doubt the existence of a god as defined by major religions (i. e. "a spooky incompetent father figure who doesn't give a shit" as George Carlin said), and I'm certainly not going to take their word for what I'm supposed to do with my life. But when you slam the door and say "this doesn't exist, there's no way it can exist," you're jumping to a big conclusion on very little information.
@Kas19 Exist or doesn't exist in terms of the laws of physics applicable to our universe... When we say something doesn't exist we mean that the laws of physics doesn't allow the subject in consideration to exist. If a creator truly exists why should we assume that the he is applicable to the laws that he himself created... and also at the point of singularity during the big bang, the laws of physics break down, so its confirmed that there is a scenario where physics laws break down, so the laws of existence which we use to determine if something could exist in this world could actually go wrong. Usually when we say something doesn't exist its not just because we haven't seen it yet but its because its scientifically impossible for it to exist. Even the simple logic that 1+1 = 2 could be broken down using the laws of physics.
i can mostly identify with the last statement. the bible is deception, falsehoods or just "result of a lack of knowledge of the people of the time" at best. that's not even an outrageously new claim. we knew this for many years but people still kling to it like children that were never told that santa clause isn't a real person.
I'm shocked and flabbergasted at how many young people today are Atheists. It is not only spiritual suicide, it is extreme narcissism, extreme foolishness, and absolute insanity. And also intellectual suicide. Not us, it's you Atheists.
I take it that you don't think atheists cherry-pick.
Okay.
Understood.
I think most outspoken atheists are hypocrites are hypocrites when it comes down to it. They do they same things they fault religious people for doing but see it as making them superior. One famous atheist whom I respect because he understands the poison of others and doesn't try to make exucses is Penn JIllett.
There is no such thing as an atheist. All people know God exists whether their belief matches that or not. Satan is their god.
www.crossway.org/.../
Atheists are annoying AF. A lot of them insist that everyone know they don’t believe all the while they say they don’t want people preaching to them. I don’t care , STFU. What is wrong with these people... no, don’t answer.
If there were a god who actually cared about people and wanted them to believe in him, why wouldn't he just say something? Speak up. Show himself and remove any doubt. Why would he feel the need to hide and be so mysterious? It's pretty absurd if you actually about it.
You are assuming the role of the god if there were one... you are assuming that god would want his presence known and promotes Good deeds and all that...
Everyone whould be able to believe or not believe whatever they want.
I personally don't believe in any kind of god.
I actually don't care that much about how all of this was made.
I'm just accepting the fact I have to live my life.
Well officially I am atheist. But I don't call myself that or care about "atheism". This is just how people who don't believe in any gods are called. The problem is that atheists don't care if you are religious or not, but religious people call atheists evil and untrustworthy. Come on, it's 2019, not 1700s.
I feel like it is fine if you are an atheist and are simply just an atheist and mind your business but most of them attack Christians for every reason.
They say religion is one big "fairytale". To me, the biggest fairytale is 0 = 1.
Psalms 14:1 "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good."
Everything that is happening now was predicted by the bible. The Atheists make Christians the bad guys. Satanists claim to be Atheist and idiots believe them. I never thought the world would be this way.
It's not my belief, I do follow religion, but I respect atheism. Each to their own belief, I'm not one to judge.
I usually keep my political and spiritual beliefs off the internet, out of respect for others of course. Atheism is a tricky topic to tackle, but it's fine if that's what you want to be.
It’s the most logical (& safest) mindset to have, whether or not you have reason to think there’s no god
1) it is a religion that is obvious
2) it is a blind faith religion
3) atheist can't even read religious texts properly
4) so they are stupid so why follow stupid people?
if they can't even read a book correctly how can i trust anything they even say?
@TripleAce
you atheist are your own religion
you all believe stuff you can't prove
atheism is nothing new
it is for stupid people who can't even pick up a book
@TripleAce
can I ask you two questions?
DO YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE RELIGIOUS
DO YOU BELIEVE THOSE WORDS?
The world is as round as a ball. When the sun comes out in the east, it goes in a circle until it reaches below the earth, and then it becomes evening
answer those two questions please
@TripleAce
I have heard you say the earth is a ball several times
This normally
Saying god exists and saying that he does not, seems equally stupid as we can never confirm any of those
I'm an atheist, but I think the word shouldn't exist because it is the default choice. We don't have a word for people who don't believe in BigFoot or people who don't believe in leprechauns.
You are not an atheist. No such thing.
www.crossway.org/.../
Also, people in math don't assume a math equation does or doesn't have a solution when they don't know either way. No default or null position in math. Why should God's existence or non existence be different?
I am convinced that some people need religion, and some don't. As long as the choice was theirs, and they're not being asshats, I'm fine with whatever you choose to believe.
I'm an atheist, but I think its because I wasn't expected (forced) to practice Christianity. I always thought I was Christian because the rest of my family was. I realized later that I just don't care about religion.
Don't you think this term was created by religious people? I just don't understand why there has to be a label :/
Its not a label its a simple word to describe someone who doesn't believe in god. Its there because its easier to say one word instead of 4 or 5.
@UndeadWyvern if there is no God then why make up a term about not believing in it? There could be so many made up things that you don't believe
I believe many atheists are actually deists or pantheists
"The fool tells himself, 'There is no God!'.
They are corrupt, worthless, evil.
Not a good one is left." - Read Psalm 16:1, 2; Psalm 53:1, 2.
Not Psalm 16:1, 2, but Psalm 14:1, 2. Pardon the error.
Lot of religion to me are cult like some are exclusionary. I was Roman Catholic. Then I came out lot of people turn on me. So I can see how some are atheists. And the crusades.
I was an atheist for about 3 years. Now I'm moderately religious but more agnostic than anything.
I am an atheist, so my opinion of it is pretty positive.
No such thing as an atheist.
www.crossway.org/.../
Atheist are wrong. Because atheism is also a religion.
I apply the same rule as with believers, as long as they are not dicks about it and don't push it on others, I'm fine with it
I am an atheist.
I just wonder why people have such stigma against atheism.
No such thing as an atheist.
www.crossway.org/.../
People can believe in what they like. No one should force religion upon anyone.
Gag Has a small army of religious people who try and force their crap.
Not my belief, but I respect those who choose it as theirs.
They’re annoying and are always looking for arguments
I'm an atheist so... For me it seems like the only thing that makes sense.
Atheists can't and don't exist.
I have proved it many times.
Statements made are always made using fleshly merits and not spiritual merits.
If you say no God, your flesh is used to say it. Therefore, your flesh is your god of belief.
Whatever. It’s their kind of religion; just like being christian or being a muslim.
I don't get it. It doesn't make sense to me.
I don't get not believing in God. God is everywhere.
Fairly positive sense I am a atheist
There is no such thing as an atheist.
www.crossway.org/.../
When your link starts out with a religious bias that shouldn't be considered exactly reliable for example would you trust a oil company who sponsored a study about climate change? I would hope not.
Also if you say theirs no such thing as atheist then theirs no such a theist for you guys don't know if theirs a god.
All people know God exists.
Doesn't matter the source if the evidence is true.
Actually no we don't, their is no evidence that the other religious groups couldn't claim them selfs, the only thing you can say is that you feel like a genocidal lackey of a god is watching you but here's the thing I don't give a damn what you feel unless your a patient of mine, if you can prove anything then your belief is worth anyone's time
I have the Holy Ghost to teach me. You have society to teach you.
I trust the Holy Ghost over society.
You have a imagery friend just like a depressed high schooler.
I have all the logic and scientific advances like not dieing of the common flu.
He isn't an imaginary friend.
You claim He is so prove He is. Otherwise, you can't claim it.
Well for starters you don't have evidence, face it your argument is the equivalent of a skitsofrantic saying he has a little green friend. Now that friend may feel real to him/you but just like in a court room your/his feelings aren't worth a damn, and thus must be seen as imaginary. Now you could say "oh we can't know something 100%, we can only be 99% sure' and to that I say that argument is about as weak as my mom when she gets back from chemo and if this was a betting flour which would you vote for
Correct. God's existence or non existence is unknown. One shouldn't be assumed over the other.
In math, we don't have a default or null position. We don't assume a solution will eventually be found nor assume it won't never yield a solution.
Of course sense its unknown and has no evidence then it should be just as dismissed as the silly idea of a flying tea pot flying around earth or a dragon that controls time, you see these two examples of a flying tea pot and a time dragon may sound silly but they are just as believable as your god making it very dismissive. However something's we can be fairly sure over like say something as simple as your phone Turing on when you hit the button assuming the battery is charged and it's in working order. Now with this phone example we can never be 100% it will turn on again but given past experiences with the device we can be at least 99%sure it will work next time you hit the on button, unlike the 1% change of your god being a thing given their are no reliable sources just silly feelings that wouldn't hold up in a court room
Wrong. Not all unproven claim hold equal merit.
We can't prove many things but we don't assume it is false until proven true.
So do you believe its reasonable to think that a green dragon controls all time and it lives in another galaxy
God and unicorns don't hold equal merits. Wise people understand this.
We don't debate unicorns like we do for God.
I don't understand why God's existence us even questionable to some.
God
- has no evidence that it exist
-only observed in stories with no backing
-people believe in it because of faith/feelings
All other myths
has no evidence that it exist
-only observed in stories with no backing
-people believe in it because of faith/feelings
And you claim gods and unicorns are different.
Yeah we don't debate that though at the end of the day it has the same merit as your hate boner of a belief so why don't we.
And it's a question because we don't have evidence that a god exist and we do have evidence the universe came about more naturally
We have no evidence that God was not a necessity for the universe.
No. Some things have more reasoning to existing than other things. It is more reasonable that there is an unconditionally independence by which all things are dependent upon than there is that a blue fire dragon with 7 heads is living in another universe.
And your assuming because of your feelings that a god was needed to make a universe but don't you see your just throwing unnecessary steps into things. Your like those anti vaxxers who instead of giving kids life saving shots they take the kids to sickness spreading partys in Hope's of getting the kids immune for that further sickness.
As for your 2nd no those are both fucken retarded and have no evidence to back them.
You're the wuss who more dangerously assumes.
I'm anti vaccines. People who trust in God don't need medicine. Also, it is unhealthy to put toxins in your body. Vaccines are toxic.
The only time I dangerously assume is when I play poker and considering I won 250k today playing 3 card poker I'd say my assumptions are spot on.
And wow I hope you don't reproduce, so your kids don't end up dying a horrible death. But when that happens google gets you https://www.memorials.com/child-caskets.php
Also their are no toxins in those for the love of science read a fucken book that doesn't promote genocide by drowning or feeding kids to bears
https://www.stopmandatoryvaccination.com/
Healthy people don't need to vaccinate. I don't trust vaccines. I don't vaccinate my son or daughters.
Your kids are gonna die man, you do understand what started this nonsense anti vax shit was a study that had a small sample size which isn't good If your conducting studies and the samples were cheery picked so much it honestly makes sense that a cherry picker like yourself would identify with it
Also sense I know you won't believe me and I want your life to be worth something before you die, go to Africa and build some homes or water purification stations. This way you may be able to provide a point and I win by you most likely dying of a sickness that a shot could have fixed and the people get some fresh water
