Do you think Atheism is a whole religion itself?

This is a word made up by religious people to put a label on us. There is "god" in this word by its origin, but for me that does not describe it well. I am not concerned with gods and I am not against them or anything.

I simply do not have a religion.

So in a survey about religion I would always tick "none" and not atheist, agnostic or similar bullshit names.

Yes. Its more a faith based cult and position than many cults out there.

But there are no such things as true atheists. Just pretentious theists living in denial or blatant deniers. The sort of liars who will deny anything and everything unless it benefits them.

Legally yes in the United States, as that (in theory) protects people of that world view from government persecution based upon their belief system. The specific case is Kaufman v. McCaughtry (7th Cir. 2005). James Kaufman, an inmate at Jackson Correctional Institution in Wisconsin, wanted to organize atheist meetings/ The warden denied permission. The finding by the court was,

“Atheism is Kaufman’s religion, and the group that he wanted to start was religious in nature even though it expressly rejects a belief in a supreme being.”

By definition. It's not, as so many claim, the lack of belief in a god- that would be agnosticism- but the belief in the lack of a god.
