Depends what you interpret "atheism" as.

Technically there is no such thing as an atheist. They cannot prove they are as atheist as a rock, and not just evading and denying to be vexatious and puerile.

But on the "beliefs" side, yes there are minor Hindu and Buddhist cults who are deemed atheistic. The only premise to be "atheist" is to not have a divine belief.

On the nihilist side, it's more a doctrine than a cult, and usually rather dangerous. As these people tend to be anarchist and/or incel types.

I interpret atheist as denying objective meaning or mality and believing personal or cultural meaning to be valid

1. Atheism is a lack of religion, and therefore cannot be a cult.

2. You cannot have a cult on a misunderstanding of nietzsches teachings, where it proclaims a lack of care in anything.
