For those who believe that God will judge America for immorality, do you think God predestined America's fall in the first place?

Or at the very least, is it possible that he knows what is going to happen anyway, but is simply unwilling to pull back the things that are allegedly causing God to want to punish America (or anywhere else on the planet) or his punishment itself, which is a result of what wickedness he still allowed to happen?

Especially if these verses in the Bible can be said or proven to refer specifically to the country of America rather than any country or people in general? And especially if you believe that God is not only all-knowing and can fortel events in the future, but also that no event even the most trivial nuance can come to pass or not without God saying so.

The answer is in the scriptures. Remember that we have free will. God does not take our free will away or stop us from making decisions for ourselves. He is the God of love, and wants all to be saved. So he warns us of what will happen if we do make certain choices.

God is aware of what goes on every moment, but the reason he does not intervene in almost all cases is because of the issue raised in the garden of eden. The devil made it appear God was not ruling his kingdom in the best ways. So God allowed all this time to go by in order to prove the devil a liar.
Remember too, nothing can thwart God's purpose. If anything starts to occur that threatens that purpose, he will intervene. His original purpose will be done with regards to man. Live forever on earth as perfect people, and under his rule. Not predestined, just prophecy.

Can an individual choose to not exist instead of going to either Heaven or Hell after death? According to the Bible, that's no. So we don't have absolute free will or it is a crude definition of free will, at least as far as our interactions in this universe are concerned.

Fair enough, but God is so powerful that hypothetically he could have shown his purpose by using many other possible alternative scenarios, or he just could have not allowed us to grow up to be the sinful beings we are and want to rebel against God, only for God to have to lobotomize us to want to forever serve him after his purpose have been done. If God exists, then I don't completely like his plan.

Free will still exists after death. For some, they receive a special invitation to rule with Jesus during his riegn of 1000 years after Armageddon. They can choose not to accept that invitation.
Those who die with no invitation will have free will once they are resurrected after Armageddon. Once resurrection occurs they will have the free will to serve God or not. In effect they will choose for themselves eternal life or eternal destruction.

His purpose was being done up until Adam and Eve chose to rebel against his order. What was done by them could not be undone by God, since God is eternal with no beginning and no end. It had to be a perfect life sacrifice in order for the scales of Justice to be satisfied. Hence we have the famous verse at John 17:3, where we read that God sent his only son to die for us. So God will restore the earth to a paradise and righteousness will flourish... but we will know by our own mind that our creator and his ways are the only way to live without the need for lobotomy.
Wonderful things await those who choose to serve God now. This life isn't the life we were meant to have, but because of Jesus we will have that life. God will satisfy every righteous desire of those living until there is no more want.

According to Genesis ch. 18 verse 25 God does not destroy the righteous along with the wicked. If there are ten innocent men in a city he spares it. If there are fewer he commands them to leave before destroying it.
