What is Christ in your opinion, and what is your Christian sect?

i don't respect religious believes for the reasons you mentioned. to me, there's no difference between a cult and a religion.

not just the christian sects and their bibles are distorted lies. the bible itself is just a sect of the abrahamic religion. and the abrahamic religion is just the climax of a trend of making up gods for certain things, atibuting them with powrs like weather fertility and so on and then use those ideas to threatten others.

i personally never understood why this shit worked then and i understand even less why this shit continues to work. it's almost like the human mind hasn't advanced in the last 5000 years, which is probably how old that yod-he-waw-he idea actually is. the yhwhist faith, that was fused from, old egypt mythology, old persian mythology, mesopotamian mythology and Canaanite gods and goddesses. this then developed into the abrahamic faith with one omnipotent god and eventually split into christianity, judaism and islam as sects for geopolitical reasons around 2000 years ago, which still all worship the same god, which after all was never real and was always just a made up human concept.

the islaming religion doesn't use the word god normally to name their diety. they name it Allah. which translated into English litterally means god. christians don't name their god yahweh anymore, cause that would acknowledge the roots of that faith. but anyway they all go back to the same ideas.

oh but there is an interesting etymological thing that happened with the christian god. yhwh (hebrew for yod-he-waw-he) was westernized to yeshua, further westernised to jesus. that's where the confusion between jesus and god comes from (some sects say jesus is god, some say jesus is a separate entity from god). it's nothing but a name change that masks the history. cause if you acknowledge that jesus was a development from yhwh, you'd be forced to acknowledge that your faith is not actually "original", which would mess christianity up quite a bit.

what do you mean "speak in this way"? i'm interested in the truth. i'm interested in what's real. i'm not interested in keeping a faith that i may or may not like. because facts do not depend on what i like or don't like. and you can not pursue truth and faith at the same time. either you subordinate truth to faith. that's when you become an appologetic christian. or you value truth above faith, which is when you're forced to leave religion behind, cause religion has nothing to do with truth.

I believe Jesus Christ is the true savior of humanity. Jesus is the only way to Heaven. Jesus IS God. The Holy Spirit is God. God is God the creator. All 3 are equal and part of the same God. God himself is the overriding eternal deity of creation. Jesus is the equal to God because he IS God in a form that humans can approach. Humans cannot face God in his full glory due to our sin nature so Jesus is a shield for us through his blood and that power is activated in our faith in and obedience to Jesus. The Holy Spirit is our guide in this world to keep our thoughts and actions in line with Jesus's teachings and is our convictor to chastise and turn from sin.

I do not belong to any SECT/DENOMINATION of Christianity. All the denominations either add something to or take something away from what God actually teaches and commands. I am a follower of Jesus Christ in the literal sense of the Word of the Bible as it is written.

I don't see it as a solution. More a conclusion. I don't want to associate myself with people who judge and push away others for having different beliefs. You may be open to discussion, but the Christians who I have come across weren't. And that was sad to see.
They can keep preaching, Good christians can keep preaching. I just decide to honor God on my own.
