Every Effect has both Cause and Purpose. Evolution is an Effect since neither Muck or Big Bang can self-generate, self-create, and/or self-start.
-Evolution’s Purpose, as a process, is to move Intelligent Designers ‘ Providential and Sovereign Plan forward. Evolution is incapable of causing man into Being, spontaneously via spontaneous explosion, given Physics.
—In order for an explosion or single celled development from Muck to occur, the basic elements of Physics must be present. Without Resting Mass (rock), Resting Motion, and Resting Energy there could be no Evolution. Therefore there had to be an Intelligent Designer that both placed Resting States there and moved them into an Action State.
—The First Cause and Intelligent Creator moved those States, thereby, primarily causing the primary effect of “Big Bang, as well as a secondary effect being Evolution.

It requires that you pre-suppose that anything coming into existence is being purposefully created. You would need to demonstrate that creator and their intent in order to assert it.
This is an example of begging the question.

I'm honestly not sure.
While it feels very intuitive that all things require a cause, it then leads to a confusing issue of an infinite regress.
Either the universe had an uncaused cause, or stretches back infinitely in time. Neither are positions I could reasonably assert.
