NO. nine times out of ten it's because their parents were on drugs or exposed to chemicals, it's an adults fault that the child died or got sick, because "God doesn't make any junk". Everything God creates is PERFECT, so if a child is born dead or deformed or sick, it's one of the parents' fault.
