Solipsism vs The Multiverse Theory... which theory of reality seems more likely to you?

Solipsism is bunkum.

You come across a believer in solipsism, you slap them across the face. Then say "you have an active imagination". If they acknowledge or fight back then they are not really a believer in Solipsism as they have acknowledged you exist.

However, multiverse theory is bunkum as well, since we know we live in a finite universe and thus it cannot go on indefinitely or contain infinite possibilities.

This may sound unscientific, but nature will generally repeat a successful evolutionary mutation, if it allows a process to thrive. Our universe is certainly a successful process that has culminated in the manifestation of a sentient, intelligent civilization. That's why I believe in a multiverse.
