Thank God. I wrote a letter ot the Pope 6 months ago asking him to formally ex-communicate JOe Biden for the same reason.

I live in a two-church family. Catholic and Cumberland Presbyterian, but I was raised in an Italian and Irish Catholic community. So my concern for The Church has existed for years. The Church has been fraught with scandals, particularly relating to sex, in recent years. The church is in need of cleansing. One way it can do that is to root out and excommunicate all RC political figures showing sympathy for abortion-at-will. Doing this would be cleansing to the Church and good for it's image.

To derive from Einstein's saying, the laws of the Universe, from what we know today, are indeed constant. However evolution is still taking place.
To explain - even if the Universe is constant, evolution exists.
Even if the Earth is constant, humanity and morals evolve.
