I might be tired and thinking too much, but isn’t a little weird how people (mainly Christians) tan about how god has a plan for everyone, but they give people like me mental issues and trauma that makes the life he supposedly gives us unbearable to the point where su*cide continuously happens across the world. THEN people say that is simply free will… well then where does free will and gods plan intersect or separate? Why is it gods power when good things happen, but the evil in the world when bad things do?

Sovereign, Omnipresent Omnipotent Omniscient God is the Intelligent Designer. It is helpful if you see Him as Absolute Truth. So, in His Design there is the following, “Obey and be blessed/Disobey be cursed.” -This is on God’s Time and not man’s time is difficult for man to accept that His Creator knows more than created about how things should be resolved.
—God does not cause Evil just as God does not cause Good. Good and Evil are as God is glorified in your independent choice to choose Good and God over Satan and Evil. Man causes Evil and Suffering in that man can choose the thing before him or not choose the thing before him.-At such a Determination at its crux a Choice is made. Whether one takes it or ignores it there is consequences in real time.

I don’t think this is Gods issue. Everyone has personal trauma that they can choose to either take care of or not take care of. People that get to the point of suicide choose to not find healthy ways to care for their mental health. They simply internalize their issues and mentally explode because they did not want to address that they have issues that need to be worked on.

I feel like this is an interesting opinion, but doesn’t make total sense to me. People can “take care of” their personal issues as best as they can and still not get relief. There are plenty of people who 1. Do not have the resources to get efficient help or 2. They have utilized every single resource and none have helped.

@asker I just found out two people I knew committed suicide and them lacking resources and using resources was not the case. They had on going issues that they hid. One of them posted a picture smiling completely looking happy 2 days before he chose to commit

I am very sorry for your losses, however their specific situations do not apply to communities and state statistics. There are not enough resources that are accessible for a lot of communities across the globe, but that wasn’t really my question or I guess overall argument

Yea mental health or even physical health is not taken very seriously at all in america It's all just another business to make money off of dying people and their problems

Because your mental problems and lack of insight are little to do with others.

The problem is not God or evil, but your incompetence in navigating the choices before you. You do less for others than they for you and expect God and others to makeup the shortfall.

It's like demanding your employer do more for you than you will for them, but they must also love you for it.

I don’t want to “go against anything” also atheism means that someone doesn’t believe in any gods, or deities. That includes satan. Very few atheists and satanists

But yeah I used to be religious but after seeing the many different ways the world is fucked up and the things that god lets happen to us and other people I chose I came to the conclusion that god is either evil or he/she/it does not exist

I would like god to be real, but really why would someone think to create entire planets then this is all he was capable of coming up with. Like yeah there’s some good stuff but really? If I was god I would feel embarrassed.
