Him killing a bunch of innocent people is a bad thing. Him announcing a PLAN to kill a bunch of innocent people is stupid; thus the need for the whole "If there are ten innocent men..." back-and-forth.
Not to mention slaughtering thousands of innocent children after CHOOSING to make a pharaoh refuse to release his slaves.
And atheists may be stupid, but at least they're capable of moral consistency.
