When you’re talking about Jews, the sabbath (Shabbat) is Saturday, NOT Sunday! Technically, in the home, Shabbat begins 30mins before sundown on Friday, but in the temple Shabbat begins at sunset on Friday. The Shabbat ends at sunset on Saturday. Given that I am NOT an observant Jew, yes I have absolutely worked on a Sunday AND a Saturday, and even Friday after sundown… and so has my mother. But, if you are going to discuss traditional forms of capital punishment, stoning isn’t the only form of death penalty. In olden traditional Jewish law there were four types of capital punishment: a) stoning, b) burning by ingesting molten copper, (often lead is cited) c) strangling, and d) beheading. Each method being the punishment for very specific offenses. However, the standards for obtaining a death penalty under Mosaic Law were next to impossible to meet, and thus were very rarely ever handed down. Some restrictions being the requirement of TWO witnesses who not only saw the crime, but saw each other, and both warned the accused that what he was about to do was a a sin against God, but the accused acknowledged that he knew it was a sin worthy of death, but he was going to do it anyway. (As MOST of these were for sexual offenses, the likelihood of anyone having two witnesses, and actually saying “I know being a male homosexual is a sin, but I’m definitely doing it anyway” was quite slim) then the witnesses were questioned by a court of 23 judges where a minimum of 13 votes was required for a conviction. And if any fact differed in the testimonies of either witness, even something insignificant like the color of the person’s eyes, the accused must be set free. Also, if the accused repented at any point, there could be no execution! In modern Israel the last execution was carried out in 1962, when Holocaust architect Adolf Eichmann was hanged for genocide and crimes against humanity. The last death sentence in Israel was handed down in 1988, when John Demjanjuk was sentenced to death for war crimes and crimes against humanity; although his sentence (and conviction) was subsequently overturned in 1993 following an appeal to the Israeli Supreme Court. There's a lot worse things to do in life than violating a religious ritual. You could murder someone, which is what Moses and Joshua did to the guy who gathered sticks on the sabbath. You could rape someone. Yo oculd lie, cheat, steal, adulterate, blaspheme, etc.

The Ten Commandments in Exodus are DERIVABLE from the Silver Rule and Golden Rule, so you do not need Moses to derive them. The rest of Exodus is a MYTH. The Jews were never slaves in Egypt and I doubt whoever wrote the first 7 books of the Bible had ever visited Egypt in their lifetime, if they had, they'd have mentioned the pyramids and the Libraries in Egypt... instead of inventing myths about Joseph ruling Egypt for 90 years.

The first thing that stands out is the idea of an egregious sin, which raises the question "Does God qualify our sins"? Is one sin any greater than another? Is there any sin greater than the sin that occurred in the garden. Thumbing your nose at the Creator of the Universe. Demanding our own Sovereignty. That was a Big one. Anything after that has been predictable in God's eyes. Working on Sunday for the Christian or Working on Saturday for the Hebrew. Does Daylight saving time enter into the calculation too, Just remember who He is and who you are. Set some time aside to talk to Him even if it feels like you are talking to yourself. That is called faith.

I go to this little place I know the code to use the bathroom and charge my stuff. I see this dude, in there, working for the company I work with. I explained him my situation because I had no reason to lie, also I'm sure he's like "What the hell is this bish doing and where she co-" anyways, he turned a blind eye but my boss really just be picking people to work.
