Does God have high standards for His kids?

God told me to reject 3 of the guys I liked and I had a dream my attitude towards a 4th guy was wrong and I was warned I did not know enough about the 5th guy to conclude I liked him. These are the 5 guys I’ve liked over the last 5 years.

If you had a feeling and strong intuition not to be with them it might be a sign from god.


However if you want to settle down and have your own family and children you also have to get used to the idea that people are different they can’t really be alike as you or fit your exact standards. Some talk more own talk less some make jokes some don’t make jokes.. you have to accept differences. To move on with life.

I believe so. He wants the best of the best for us and that's because He knows whats best for us. He knows who's right for us and who isn't, if He's telling you to reject those men it's simply because He's trying to protect you from unnessary heartache or drama.

I believe God wants us to love whoever we choose to be with, regardless of the flaws they have. There is no such thing as a perfect partner (nobody is perfect).

So it's almost impossible to say that whoever God chooses for you to marry will not have any problems in the future.

He has impossible standards. In genesis 17:1 he orders
"I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect"
Since the definition of perfect is that what can't be improved, I'd say he's set us an impossible goal

It must be true. It's the only explanation why he hasn't slung me any suitable hotties. He must consider me up there with Jesus if his standards are that high for a quality woman to be with me.

I believe he wants us to walk like his son Jesus but he also know we are foolish so that's what grace and mercy is because he does love us and knows we sinners at the same time
