Don't know the exact reason but if I'm alone I see some dark shadows passing through infront of me... can anyone explain what problem I'm facing?

If I see it again there will be nothing... and one fine day I'm so sleepy tn I went to sleep... after 5minutes of my sleep... I really felt someone is walking on my stomach (like it was a feet... passing on my stomach)... and the same thing one other day happened... Likewise I felt sleepy and I slept after 5minutes of my sleep.. I got a dream that a different shaped dark shadow searching for something in my kitchen? and all this happens only if I'm alone in my home

No if I'm hungry I'll go and eat right... and here the problem isn't hunger... the problem is fear... cause there's no such thing I felt called hunger @ the times..
