Nightly... I was raised in a family with a maternal grandmother who hypocritically spent the majority of her day "in prayer" for the whole family. 20 'Hail Mary's are worthless when compared to just ONE formulaic prayer EARNESTLY said.
Prayer is speaking to... and hopefully WITH the Divinity. I 've composed my own personal nightly remembrance of gratitude:
"Good night Lord & Lady, and thank you for the blessings I've received today. Those I recognize and those, in my insensitivity... I failed to recognize.
Please watch over all those I love and all those whom love me.
I pray for the repose of the Souls of those friends, family and companion animals whom have crossed over and all those poor little animals who've lost their lives crossing the world's roads and to those in fire and flood.
Eternal rest grant to them, oh Lord and Lady, let your perpetual light shine upon them. These things I ask, in your name... So mote this be." ) O (

Quite frequently- but remember that "prayer" doesn't necessarily mean folding your hands and lifting your head.
I dont, he hasn't earned it nor is there a point to praying to a weak god.
Odd question from a player but I always pray at least once a day

Throughout the day. Prayer is talking to God. Formalities (down on your knees, hands folded etc) aren’t required.
Quite often when I’m alone or in the car alone. This freezing cold and wet weather I prayed that i and everyone on the road would return home safely.
Daily. No less than in the morning and then again in the evening, and then before meals.
Everytime before doing something reckless or dangerous!
At least daily. ACTS method. I generally spend a lot of time on C.
Not half as much as my girlfriend. Especially when we're having sex. She's always saying "oh God, oh God, oh God"! 😆😆😆
Not often enough.
