Do you pray regularly, and how often do you actually do it?

For me, it’s less about how often, and more about how present I am when I do it.

There are times I’m consistent, and times I fall out of rhythm but I’ve come to see it as something personal, not something to measure.

What matters more is the intention and the connection behind it.

If you consider meditation and prayer to be the same then it’s daily, but if you think meditation is somehow inviting evil into your head, then I don’t pray

I pray the Rosary daily, the Angelus three times each day, before each meal, and I also pray right after I wake up and right before I go to sleep.
