I think you need to look at your feelings a bit more and compare them to what is true about God. Here is what I know based on Scripture; The Bible nowhere explicitly mentions transgenderism or describes anyone as having transgender feelings. However, the Bible has plenty to say about human sexuality. Most basic to our understanding of gender is that God created two (and only two) genders: “male and female He created them” (Genesis 1:27). All the modern-day speculation about numerous genders or gender fluidity—or even a gender “continuum” with unlimited genders—is foreign to the Bible.
The closest the Bible comes to mentioning transgenderism is in its condemnations of homosexuality (Romans 1:18–32; 1 Corinthians 6:9–10) and transvestitism (Deuteronomy 22:5). The Greek word often translated “homosexual offenders” or “male prostitutes” in 1 Corinthians 6:9 literally means “effeminate men.” So, while the Bible does not directly mention transgenderism, when it mentions other instances of gender “confusion,” it clearly and explicitly identifies them as sin.
Just because something might have a biological cause does not mean embracing the effects is the right thing to do. Jeremiah pens, “The human heart is the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked. Who really knows how bad it is?” (Jeremiah 17:9 NLT) In other words, how we feel is not always right, especially when those feelings are contrary to God’s truth.

I'm not sure what your notion of "god" is or how it creates, but I know that it's impossible to feel transgender because gender is a social construct.
What you're describing sounds similar to the feeling of estrogen dominance in men.
Nowadays, science is making a case for a certain chemical balance, or imbalance as the case may be, for what your proclivities may be. If you wish to attribute that to God, or a higher power, that's up to you. Personally, I strongly doubt that God makes a decision like " well, I'll give this one a functioning male reproductive system but make the brain be leaning towards the female side of things".
When humans can't explain something, it's always easy to say "It must be God's will", isn't it?
Because the devil in you makes you think you are in "the right". Plus the surgeon and phycologist had bills to pay, so lead you up that path.

God didn't make you or anyone else. When you get over that notion everything is much easier to understand.
We call that thinking for ourselves. Freedom of choice.
You're presupposing that God exists, and that he has a plan for everything. A plan which includes serial killers and rabies.
God made always right things but we didn't accept it
Trauma most likely. You probably experienced a trauma when you were really young that maybe you don't even recall that sent you down that path.
There is no God and I know this because there is no evidence.
It's just how you are, God has zip to do with it
