And dude your genitals could get cut off then are you not a man anymore? And you could get surgery to switch them to the other ones. Genitals can't be the final say in someone's gender because they aren't as permanent as you're saying gender is.

empirical means you can observe it. anything you can see with any of hour senses is empirical

gender. the idea of being a man or woman. is not a small part of your identity. its easily the single most important that defines everything else. its the FIRST thing i need to know about you in nearly any situation.

gender as a concept is unscientific. this is dangerous for many reasons but the primary one is called the "implosion principle" which states one false fact in a body of knowledge and the entire body of knowledge can be twisted into any new shape. all it takes is 1 untruth to break everything. if people start believing in genderism then they will twist the other truths of science into whatever shape they want. human sacrifices will return. witch trials and other unfounded persecutions born from falsehoods and broken science.

just like how the junk science of "string theory" convinced people it was ok to have a science that required no empirical evidence. that isn't science. its a faith based assertion.

That's unempirical but that's more important than their gender in the situation they act on it. If you had to change something about your identity, and it was either your gender or your family from birth, which do you think would have a bigger impact on who you turned out to be? There's tons of men in the world. Seriously that's the most generic category you could pick besides "human." That can't be the most core part of your personal identity really? Being a man is what makes you you as opposed to every other guy who's also a man which is billions? Bullshit. It's a PART of your identity and its definitely not the most important part.
