Not necessarily per se. Jesus can't be killed.
He could have remain on that cross forever alive if He wanted too, but rather He gave up His spirit and voluntarily died while on it.

John 10:17-18

No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself.
I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again.

No. He either died on the cross, or it was a mass illusion, and he died in what is now Romania, after raising his family. He was married to Mary Magdalen. Her gospel was left out of the bible, as the leaders of the new Catholic Church wanted to make women appear less important.

I think so, because it didn't have to happened. He literally could've just left the Empire and lived out the rest of his life in peace. He died for what? A bunch of ungrateful bastards?
