Let's say you are the person pointed out in the question. You clearly understand the process, right and wrong, and have a conscience.

Outside of this, there is no one with a sensible mind or working eyes that can look around and see the complexities of our world did not accidentally occur by chance or chaos. Anything into those two states can not explode into Organized to the degree the world, physics, eye, or birth is. Clearly, there is a Creator as the Intelligent Design of every creature is too complex and detail to be any other solution.

The one with the challenged mind would not have an excuse.

I think if there were a heaven , and a god , that this grand man / woman or other would see though the superficial to the core of the individual , so sure they would go to heaven , sadly however there is no such place , but the thought is nice.
