If you could be a priest or priestess in ancient times, what would it be of and why?

Ancient times in generall were probably not the most pleasent times but as a priestess you are probably safer and had a better life than most. I would say priestess of bastet because cats🤩, hathor (fun, dance, sex), or Ra (praise the sun).

On the other hand maybe not ancient but a priestess/druid of freya would be great as well. I guess similar enough to include in the answer.

I don't like the idea of or sound of Priest, it has a bad ring in my ear and not sure why. Saint is better and I'd do that, but that's not your question.

I guess if I had to be a Priest, it be the priest of good sleep.
