Who has access to "The Highest Level of Heaven"?

I believe the resurrected can change and raise their level but nobody can beat the highest holy ones since they are from eternity.

IF I recall correctly, it's usually believed that only God and the seraphim (the "throne" angels) dwell in the highest level, andthat no mortal person can go there.

That said, I'm having difficulty finding anything online to support this right now. It's also very likely that the answer is different for different denominations. People can't even agree on who goes to heaven, when they go, how it's structured, or whether or not it is even a real place.

i find it hilarious, that believers build even more theories on other theories that have not at all been validated from the get go. like there is no heaven. why bother thinking about the levels of that heaven that doesn't exist?

Usually the Seraphim, Cherubim, and Throne angelic hierarchy. Below them is the Dominions, Virtues, and Powers, and below them are the Principalities, Archangels, and regular Angels. It’s really not that hard to look up the Celestial Hierarchy, you know
