Most religious people always have been the most judgmental and asshole people. Yet the Christians and Catholics that are not religious tend to be better people.

if good people means speaking political correct and supporting gay and abortion then... probably the religious Christians and Catholics have been "less good people" but those are not correct ways to measure.

a good person doesn't break other peoples windows nor damage other peoples items nor harm a fetus... well that measure would categorize... you know.

Sort of. I think people who stop taking their religion so seriously because they see what rotten people are taking it seriously usually turn out to be alright. But there is also the inverse which is people who only pretend to be non-religious because they think its not "cool" but actually are religious nationalists.

Religious people have to act in accordance with whatever religion they follow. Some of those things you might disagree with and therefore you'll think they're "assholes". So if you believe that people who don't share your worldview and are outspoken about it are assholes then you'd be right. They on the other hand would see you as degenerate if you'd be willing to just accept anything so I'm afraid it'd be very difficult to bridge that gap. Being "good" doesn't mean accepting everything people decide to do no matter how destructive, but again - that's just my opinion and you might disagree.

At any rate there are real and fake Christians, most these days seem fake and are fake from holding onto catholic traditions without realizing it.

To be technical, the bible says only God is good and the rest of us are all sinners.

well that's really not a question you can disagree with, cause it's an objectively measurable fact that if accounted for population percentage, way more religious people are in prison than atheists. i don't know of any redeeming numbers. if someone knows any redeeming statistics, i'm happy to learn something new.
