The Christians that I know, most of the ones that don't go to church a lot, talk about Christianity a lot are a lot better Christians than most of the ones that go to church a lot and try to shove it down people's throat. Most of the time they are hypocrites and judge other people's sins but their own, look down on other people just for being a different religion, etc. Most of the non religious Christians don't do that.

No, I don't.
First of all, I don't know where this idea of "shoving Christianity down people's throats" comes from. I really don't. I've had vanishingly few experiences of anything even close to that happen to me. Outside my family, the only instance I can call to mind is I was at a coffee shop once a couple of years ago and this nice girl came up to me, gave me a booklet for her church, and asked me if I'd reflected on the fact that I would die and face God some day (which, for the record, I do). And that was it. I've been to rock concerts, festivals, and other public events and I don't see it. If you ask me, leftists, atheists, and wokesters are INFINITELY WORSE. Have you seen what they've done to our movies, music, and TV shows lately? And, for that matter, our churches?
And I will also point out that if our community here is anything to go by, some of the most vile, hateful, judgmental, and condescending people I've seen have been left-wing atheists.
The idea that after Jesus established the Church by his Passion, Death, and Resurrection, a Church which he himself instructed to baptize all nations and peoples and which said nations and peoples are to participate and engage in, mind you, those who neglect to do so are somehow "better Christians" than those who do is patently absurd. Like it or not, the mission of Christianity is to evangelize, convert, and reconcile hearts, minds, and souls with God. Most times, charity means being gentle and kind, but sometimes, it requires people to be blunt, abrasive, harsh, and yes, even to mock.
As for the whole "judging other people's sins" bit? To that, I ask what makes you so sure that they haven't harshly judged their own sins? If you read the New Testament, there are plenty of admonitions on correcting sinful behavior.
So no, I don't agree with this assessment at all.
Hypocrites? If they are Christians, it is because they know they fall short of God’s holiness and need a redeemer. So if they share it with others, it’s likely because they want them to know God’s grace like they do.
If someone knows the way to eternal salvation, wouldn’t it be hateful to not share that with others? Why keep that a secret?
yes, you have to walk the walk
