Christianity is a universalist faith; it's open to anyone and everyone who wants to convert. Previous Popes (as well as leaders of other denominations) have specifically said they'd be down with baptizing a member of another sentient species, should we find one who wants to.

No, most faith based colleges don’t require this but some do so, particularly Catholic ones, so you need to look at schools individually.
A belief system is not a race and therefore it cannot be racist. It may be wrong on some level but certainly not racist.
You don’t have to be a Christian to attend a Christian school, just like you don’t have to be secular to attend a secular school. Racism is an entirely different concept.
How would it be racist? Non christian is not a race.
