First, Happy Easter to you. Though most of my family is Roman Catholic, I have one nephew who converted to Orthodox Christianity and is very active in his church. While I am not Orthodox, I do have great respect for the faith.
As to the question, pretty much it is just the standard Happy Easter here in the USA. Whether it is different in other countries of Western Christendom, actually I have never thought about it. Yet, as I say, in these parts, it is pretty straightforward.
Again, many blessings to you this Easter - which if I may add is actually MY favorite holiday even as a kid and was - and still is - a big holiday in our family.
I don't really celebrate Easter anymore. It's just me and my wife for all our holidays, so we don't really bother except for a nice meal. Unfortunately, Easter is a Sunday and the following Monday is not a holiday and everybody has to work that day, so Easter Sunday is pretty much like every other Sunday.
We have a day off on Monday, because we have the Dead People’s Day on Monday and all of us go to the graves and bring a glass of wine to pour onto the grave as a symbol that the bones of the dead are feasting with us.
I am from Georgia.
Now I am in China, but I am describing how it works in Georgia. We have 3-4 days holidays on Easter.
I see. Thank you!

Χριστὸς ἀνέστη!
We make some joyful noise, hug, celebrate new life and a fresh path ahead at this time of joy. And in the spirit of the apparition of JC to the apostles we say "Christ is Risen" in as many languages as possible, we remember to connect with friends and family and renew our faith in life and in one another.
In my country there is no special greeting for Eastern.

Its pretty much nothing in Australia , except amongst the religious nuttery , and Thailand is about Buddhist , and I'm not explaining it to them , because then they think I believe this sht..
So the greeting is " Good morning / evening " , I also despise the concept of the confectionary industry ( Australia ) and promoting carb laden sugar buns , sadly the entire thing in a commercial joke.
But , in Auss , it was a good break for a golf tournament , this year already over - Thank you.
That's a nice tradition.
For our family, Easter is just another day. You greet someone by saying "Hi".
That's also how the Latin and other Western Rites used to greet each other on Easter earlier on. It doesn't seem to be a thing now. Now we just say "Happy Easter" or "He is Risen".
In America we now say "Happy Transexual Visibility Day,"
"hi"
:P
