1 yI have mixed feelings about it:
One the one hand, I like how their communies have largely resisted the corruption of faggotry and feminism that has taken over and ruined so many other communities, especially in the West. I admire that they are still a patriarchy where men lead and women follow as it should be and they understand the value of the family unit.
On the other hand, they do a lot of stupid and barbaric shit, like terrorism and female genital mutilation. I think the hijab/burqa thing is stupid, as is the prohibition of alcohol and bacon. Then there are honor killings: I believe that women who get out of pocket or become whores and humiliate their families should be punished, but killing them goes way too far; it would be better to force them into either a convent or brothel like the West used to do in these situations.

Female genital mutilation? What in the world 😥

@wiltingrosepetal yes like the story in u. k. they caught a family returned from egypt after their daughter cut, to punish parents.
plenty go to egypt because it is a crime in u. k.

I find it interesting, in the sense that there seems to be little in the way of rebellion or subversion against it in those communities. Completely different to what we see in other cultures where almost entirely religion is being challenged or is dying out.
Anyway, I don't like social pressure and I don't like compulsion. Those things seem to be big hallmarks of Islam. Plus it has other associations with violence and brutishness. Again, I don't find that to be very religious.

about "challenged"... if you challenged Christian it is free speech.
if you challenge islam at best you lose seven points or get punished with a frozen account.

1 yI think it is a very sober faith that can be difficult on the body due to rules about fasting or ritual austerity. I believe the unity inside the major branches might stifle interventions that could aid struggling people, by outclassing novel ideas not typically accessible in mainstream culture among them, such as Sufism or the Sufi Romances involving the divine etc… these create an intermediary spiritual trust principle that makes piety easier.

It's like they understand a different thing under the book. We have our own criminals and killers and I think the same thing of them. I'm not religious so I'm not the right person to approach them, I'd be nothing but a sinner.

1 yA religion just like any other religion but i find that there's so much violence in their religion and they consider that suicide in the style of jihad is something sacred, i don't support such things if it was my religion!

Asker1 yExactly, you are right, that's why I left Islam, but, But the problem is that my family is Muslim, my circle is Muslim, so I can't say this to them

I respect people like you that are strong enough to see the flaws in it and go on your own path. It's extremely hard to leave a religion when you grow up with it.
You have my respect.
Asker1 yThanks!!
The leaving part was very difficult, but now living with Muslims is even harder because you literally have to pretend like them
, pretend like praying 5 times, fasting, bla bla- 1 y
Yeah I get that. Don't worry. You'll have your day where you leave the nest and live your own life

The number 1 terrorist threat in the world by a large margin, are Islamic. The countries with the most religious and sexual and gender oppression are founded with Islam in mind. Even in western natio s that aren't Islamic at all, they've raped, mutilated, sex trafficked, and killed people in the name of religion.

Good on you
in my opinion people who have mostly formulated opinions on other religions have done so without taking the time to read or research about it. Opinion can only be formulated by doing your own due diligence rather than confirming to what the masses has to say. So since I have read and currently practicing the religion of islam I have never felt so much peace in my life, and have never garnered the wisdom to be this disciplined and self aware

@HawkPerception I see religion as a way of control, that has long since served its' usefulness!

Then we're in agreement. Well said.
@HawkPerception Thank you.

at tommy @TommyMountainFigure hawk is such an idiot... he doesn't know the book approved it and people want to emulate the prophet who is considered holy... in contrast to sinners not relying on book.

Asker1 yYour religion says you should kill non-Muslims
- 1 y
It's not say that. Don't mix people actions and what the Quran says. The religion is perfect not the people.
Asker1 yWell religion is not perfect at all, u know u should kill people if they leave Islam 😃what a peaceful religion
- 1 y
You aren't understanding my message. Or you have lack of knowledge in ex religion. Where's mentioned in Quran to kill ex muslims? Drop something, prove it. Just because you had a experience doesn't mean anything.

ANYWAY enjoy your life. Get educated or remain silent. Move on with your life. You left Islam so leave it as whole.

Asker1 ySo if I change my religion, for example I left Islam, and I am saying:I am christian, Muslims will kill me? 😃😃😃

I spent half of my day researching on this topic. For some countries that apply the the Islamic rules al shariah, if you declare that you left Islam in publicly like verbally or in social media, there will be a ruling and only the head of the state can do this. Other Muslims don't have the right to ki'll the person that left Islam for faith or no faith. If they do it, then they should be punished. The ruling with be that you will given at least 20 days for you to repent and go back to Islam, which you can lie about it to save your life, which will make you a "al munafiq" a hypocrite, acting like a Muslim but you don't have Islam in your heart, and you will be judged by your creator in day of judgement. But If you refuse to repent or if you decide to not lie to save your life " which you could do) then they will process the the capital punishment but that's only you want really to die!!.
Hopefully that helps. You can still leave the country and live in christian majority country if that's still exist. I wish the luck in your new faith - 1 y
