Should I listen to sprits’ advice?

I am kind of psychic. I can feel sprits and see once in a while and hear what they say. I was wondering if I should listen to them more? I usually ignore them unless they really bother me. Because they don’t know my situation. I am living and I need food in my mouth. And their advices are really going slow. I can’t wait that long. However they might know more than me. I should just be patient? Or should I make my own decision?
