How did you learn to cope with the fear/anxiety of death?

What I learned and realized is that all my fearful thoughts of what death is is all in my mind. I’ve learned to live in the moment/reality. To live in right now, the fact that I’m alive, breathing, healthy and blessed right now. I also realized that death is painted as a bad and fearful thing. It’s supposedly dark, you’re all alone, nothing to look forward to after this life but the truth is if there were nothing to look forward to after this life, death wouldn’t exist. We don’t just die just to die. It’s a process of life. Everything happens in order for a reason. Now does that mean I’m ready to die? No. I hope and pray to live a long and healthy life but it is me coming to terms with death and not allowing it to cause havoc/chaos in my mind which would soon spill over into my reality and leave me stagnant and afraid. Causing me to miss out on the beauty of life.
