90% of Indian voters vote for selfish individual reasons, not for the country or religion or development.
They vote for freebies mostly. But they judge whether someone is just bluffing or going to give it, that's it.
If they had voted for the country, the two-child law would have been implemented in 1970.
The justice system would have been approved and we are enjoying better infra and human development today
