I think that religious organizations do a lot of good and that religion plays a part in people's lives. It may not be spiritual as much as it is social. Humans lack a connection to community today and are suffering the effects of isolation.
It is a shame that it has been perverted to advance a particular agenda and organizations like Catholic Charities make millions by importing illegal aliens.
The Catholic priest scandal was also a polarizing moment in the Catholic church.
