The bible says if God can find ten righteous people in a country, he will spare the entire country from disaster, thoughts about this?

What this means is if there are ten righteous people in Canada, God will protect Canada from Donald Trump.

But God's standards are higher than human standards, and the bible says, there might not be a single person on earth who meets his standard perfectly.

Also some say when God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, there was only one righteous person in the entire nation there and he convinced them to flee to another place so her could destroy it.

I mean God in the Bible rarely destroys places with Fire most of the time he sent israel to do it and also empowered them (Supernaturally I'm guessing) to defeat the enemies.

I can't say whether this was the case for all of the other nations God judged since the Bible doesn't tell us but maybe he just means he won't destroy it with natural disasters? I dunno.
