How has God always been here and always will be?

everything became everything and some people say it’s because of the Big Bang theory, but what was before that? and what caused/ made that? God/ higher being made the world but then what made God who made God? But no one made God. God just has been and always will be. I can’t comprehend that everything can’t just come out of nothingness. Something had to start something. how can God just always has been and always will be my brain is crippling.

Depends on which god you are talking about.

The Abrahamistic god came into existence about 2500 years ago. Which is very impressive given our roughly 5000 years of advanced civlizations. But that still means we have lived in cities and alike for 2500 years without that god. Claiming they have always been is naive at best.

Nothingness is by definition something. But you are right in that some form of energy or catalyst potential for energy must have existed since the beginning. It is a rather mins boggling question and so claiming divinity is often a comfortable answer. But like you note, does not at all answer the question.

Reality is that while we can make highly qualified guesses on how the universe began we can not say how the first sparks of nothing appeared. Of course if we view the beginning as a big box of Nothing, rather than a big box of nothing, we can! But it requires accepting that somehow in some way some degree of potential existed. Certainly easier for my mind to accept than a newborn 2500 year old baby god making it all. But it is one of the big unanswered questions for a reason. We simply have not gotten there - yet.

You exist inside creation. God exists outside of creation. Think of it as a different plane of existence where different rules apply. You study the laws of your universe in space-time, and more specifically on your singular planet. You have to broaden your perception to the possibility of more. Maybe envision it as different universes with varying rule sets. Even within our own universe of creation, rules have variance. For example Einstein speaks about singular events occurring at different times for different observers due to distortions in space-time. How can the same even happen at different times placing the same object in multiple places at once? Not everything is as simple as it seems on the surface.

So even modern science considers the possibility of omnipresence via superposition in quantum mechanics. That means even within creation, God could exist in multiple places. So how is it so hard to imagine that God could also exist outside of creation? We as humans have observe such phenomenons within creation, yet we don't exactly understand how that happens, we just know it does.

The same goes for general relativity. If the same event can play out at different times for different observers, then the same being can exist in different times simultaneously. So God being infinitely more knowledgeable than us, could exist in all times, thus existing as beginningless and endless. We observe small glimmers of these concepts studying physics within our own created world and imagine teleportation devices and time travel as possible, but our understanding is very primitive at the moment.

It's not a paradox. It's a contradiction, and a logical fallacy called special pleading. If God can exist forever then so can the universe. If God doesn't require a creator, then neither does the universe. You decide.

You kind of answered your own question, when you say that no one created God. There has to be an unmoved mover, an uncaused cause, an uncreated creator. For anything, there has to be a first cause. It's a philosophical and logical principle that an effect cannot be greater than its cause; an effect would not happen without a cause.

So for a machine that's as vast, expansive, and mysterious as the universe in which we live, though still finite, it would require a being of a greater, or even infinite degree of the same. If a thing is to be, there must be a "be-er". That's why God reveals His name as "I AM" (Exodus 3.14); "I am that which exists", "I am he who exists", "I am existence".

It's also worth noting that throughout the Bible, there is a word for "create" which translated into Hebrew is "bara". In that sense, it is the kind of creation that only God is capable of, or rather that is proper only to God. So it is proper only to God to be, if you will, simply speak or command something into existence.

I realize that questions like this can make one's head spin, so I don't blame you for feeling as you do. To answer your question directly though? He simply is.

I don't have the answer to this, nor does anybody else. But I feel like I might be able able to provide a partial answer. Imagine the enormity of the universe. We as mortals see it and cannot comprehend how enormous it is. We look deep into space and what do we see? More space. Yet God created all of this. I try to focus on God's message, "love". God loves us and wants what's best for us. He created us and wants us to live a life where we choose him. But what interests me is John 10:16 where Jesus says he has other flocks to visit. It is assumed in the bible that he's talking about the gentiles. But maybe came to the new world? We don't know. And he didn't specify. Maybe he visited alien races. Maybe he went to whole nother universe and that there are many. But I come back to my original statement. His message was love guy tells us in Matthew 22:37-39 to love God with all your being and to love your neighbor as you love yourself. What could go wrong from that?

This is the easiest of religious challenges... First contrast a rock to a dog. A dog has a lifespan and dies but a rock can "survive forever" endlessly... and equaly "infinite past". So god can too.

The only reason rock is NOT infinite past is because science said "universe had a beginning" an age. Or religion said "god made rock."
